The most amazing couch ever.
This has got to be the most amazing piece of furniture I have ever seen in my entire life. Its a freakin' COFFIN COUCH! Even spookier (read: BETTER) its made from a real recycled coffin. Yes, RECYCLED. You can go to their webpage for a better explanation but pretty much its against the law for funeral homes to resell used coffins so this company offers to recycle them and they turn them into couches. Each leg is adorned with a biohazard symbol because once human remains are placed on or in anything its considered biohazard waste. I'm officially a creep for wanting one of these so bad.

pervy old people.
What's worse than driving down a one lane street when you are running late and you are behind a 70 year old man that insists on driving 15 under the speed limit?
Well, since you asked.. the worse in that equation would be driving down a one lane street when you are running late and you are behind a 70 year old man that insists on driving 15 under the speed limit but every 10-20 seconds he steps on the break to VERY OBVIOUSLY check out 12 year old girls walking home from school.

tuneage.
I decided that I needed to take a break from listening to David Archuleta on repeat a bazillion times so i was scrolling through my itunes and found/remembered about Katy Perry. I forgot how much i like her! How can you not like a girl who sings about how gay but not gay indie rock boys are. Google her and download or pirate her songs.. you won't be dissapointed.

popcorn poppin' on the apricot tree.
Im trying to decide what i want to plant in my garden. I finally live in a real (well soon to be real..) house with a real yard and conveniently there is already a garden area in the back yard! I've looked online and have learned that utah is actually really great for growing most things, especially tomatoes, beans and squashes. I need to come up with a concrete list of what i want to grow because i need to get my seedlings going! I only have about a month until i should plant when there is no risk of frost n' shit.
Any suggestions?

i forgot these even exsisted.
I just came across all of these seriously old photos. Most were taken about 6 years ago.. when I lived with Aimee & Devon in farmington. They make me happy and sad. Happy for the memories and everything was so innocent and fun back then. Sad because they make me realize how horribly I have taken care of myself over the last 6 years. I've gained a lot of weight - which i knew, but these pictures are definitely a big punch in the gut.

6 years.
Chris bought me a pretty bouquet of pink roses on sunday. Sunday marked 6 years together. I really can't believe its been that long. I've spent what i feel have been some of my most definitive years with Chris. He really has seen me grow from being practically a teenager (get those thoughts out of your head!) into (i hope) an awesome, smart, strong-willed woman. I was 18 when i met him, and i will be turning 25 in just a few months. What a strange, amazing, sometimes horrible but mostly awesome 6 years. He probably more than anyone has seen me at my highest highs and truly low lows. For some reason he still likes me. <3
